During her time in the healthcare industry, Louise has gained a wealth of experience of organising surgeon-led conferences with total attendances of 30 - 300 and durations up to five days both in the UK and in Europe.

In December 2006, Louise left Smith & Nephew to set up ethos conference consultants, offering a range of meeting, course, exhibition, conference and event services.
